...so when talented singer/songwriter from the UK, Jane Taylor asked to use my painting for posters to promote her enchanting winter concert, how could i refuse! In fact, Betsy and The Bluebird and I are all honoured. Check out her website and myspace. Trust me, you will be glad you did.
I will be participating in The Collective - 12 Days of Art & Ideas, from December 2-14, 2010 with a series of my small fine art pieces. Featured will be fine art, craft, and interactive workshops and demo's. Triangle Gallery, 38 Abell Street in the heart of the Queen West Art District. Do come by if you can!
It's finally finished! My husband ended up making the whole thing out in the garage, as I was busy with the babe and my Etsy shop. He did such a great job. It's up in our kitchen where we spend most of our time. The main reason for wanting it is to fill it up with adventures for our us and our baby, then take a picture of each month to save for her as a keepsake when she is older. Speaking of the babe, do you see what i see!
ps. Annie, thanks for the guidance on building the chalkboard!
My Shop is open earlier than expected! I hope you'll come by for a visit. I'm listing something new everyday. For those not familiar with Etsy, it is individual online shops of artists, craftspeople and vintage & repurposed items. Not only are the products amazing and well priced, but the community is wonderful. I have met so many lovely people in my short time there. So helpful and kind! Thanks Etsians!
